There is a lovely fish shop, where I go and select my slices of wild salmon, they slice it in cubes and batter them and deep fry them....I know its a treat hubby and I do this baby once a month the salmon is sooooo good and we eat it with a cocktail sauce....However make sure you select the wild salmon and not the farm raised salmon which they feed a lot of toxin to grow fast and fat.....this is such a delicious treat and you see it, in the car I start eating this already.
