Melting pot in the Caribbean where hubby and I really belong it's Dutch with many USA and Surinamese influences.

The manager took the raw chicken sate of our bill....which wasn't necessary for me but it would be strange if he didn't...but this creates an opportunity for them to make it up with dessert. And yes...they are ravishing
