I love my fish fresh out of the ocean or out of a river, no farmed raised. Simply because they feed the fish garbage and that comes in your body when you eat farm raised fish. Try to avoid it. Also this shop has lobsters pre cooked for $8 once in season that is, they are lobsters from Maine, totally awesome.
