untill something really bad happens, that's when you realize you actually were happy...Do you remember that you always think that you are living a terrible period in your life now...but when you move on and look back in 20 years to these years you realize that this was actually not such a bad time of your life. I remember my childhood years in Suriname were really great, then In the Breda in the Netherlands I thought it was horrible until I moved on to my life in amsterdam....oh noooo those were washing years...totally awesome and epic and no time in my life will ever be so great again...but now the time in breda is not so bad at all as when I experienced it then....oh its so weird I think I am grateful and that I should always be grateful because life gives me all kinds of nice periods and that makes it an interesting journey in life.

Did you know that a soft boiled eggs healthier because the cholesterol is not yet developed in the egg....so a runny soft boiled egg is ay healthier for you...I got this info from a cardiologist friend of mine.

Broken crown
Oops part of the porcelain of my crown broke, I only ate a poached egg....nothing special...anyway I have a lot of crowns in my mouth only the front teeth are real and my own....
