I show you a trip in my life and through my life, I want to share everything with, its not always of the highest quality, but I am getting better. If I give you advise on food, please note that I am not a doctor not a dietician I am merely here to give you some tips and tricks on what's healthy, if you are sick go to a doctor, no jokes, go to specialist people who studied medicine. Here in Suriname everyone is a doctor really, they have lots of home made medicine, or sometimes they will give you their medication the got from their doctor. Be careful and know what you are doing. I totally believe plants, trees, fruits, veggies can boost up your immune system but if you need medication go to a real doctor, please!
