I have prepares some nice chicken drum sticks in a lovely curry with turmeric and cilantro....The bones contains a lot of glucosamine and they are very healthy actually, in Suriname we ate the bones and chew it until we are at the bone marrow which is so healthy, I know its not done in the Netherlands ....but I still do it sometimes...
