It is complete tight, it really helps, at a certain point we get older and we are working at it. I dye my hair I did Bottox and the big cheeks are menopause.

I have a girl friend she is really anti Bottox, but...she did a corrections on her vagina...so yes to the lips but no to the face...I don't get it...most people see your face first...why not your face if they see that they might never end up at the vagina....
Anyway I am happy with what I did.....heading to Vietnam soon, all tight and well.

Day 2 after the Bottox
I do see some changes but I am not there yet, the for head and the side of your eyes are ok to do but if your gonna do too much it will be too obvious. I do have a turkey neck.....and since my menopause I do have a lot more volume in my face
