I remember when I with one of my boyfriends he and his father thought me how to slice my steak at the dining table because there is a slice side, and it makes the slicing so much easier. I am now enjoying a nice steak and I taking about it and I am very grateful. I love my meat medium, nice, tender and moist. In aruba everything always has to be well done also in Suriname, but not in Casa Rosenthal. Chicken has to be well done, but not too dry like how they love to eat it in Suriname..Cola or wine, I say wine which is healthier the a glass of coke.

BBQ
The barbecue is cooked, but we have no appetite for it yet. People always cook way too much, and then you have to eat...its greed, gluten we ill eat some corn and salmon for now. In the Netherlands we have veal, ribs, chicken , salmon mushroom and a Salad and a baguette...way too much on the BBQ ...

I wonder why there are so many repetatitions in the Suriname language, it sounds funny but also as if the were deaf...like kwie-kwie, krau-krau, tieke-tiekie, brong-brong....I wonder why that is
