KPN I have digitenne and I need to upgrade the system, guess what the service store is gone...and customer service here on the phone sucks...So the person on the line is horrible and so incompetent.....so I thank her for the non service and I hang up and call back...now I have a super super nice guy on the line who will send me everything I need in the mail....I hate this of KPN and of course I will look out to some one else to work with with a way better customer service...seriously this does not fly anymore...
