This is a boutique hotel with an amazing kitchen. The rooms are lovely, and look at this shower in the open air.....also the shitter is in the open air.

We will both share the Tuna Tataki and the chicken Shoarma....At the Plaza the service is really terrible....but once you know that some of their dishes are really good, so if your in the mood to suck it up....go girl!!

This is the master bedroom with a breath taking view and a private pool, she has 2 master bedrooms. make a deal with management if you are planning to stay here for a long time. They also have an outstanding kitchen all dishes are stunning and the ambiance of the dinning room is gorgeous.

The Ritz Carlton, does not live up to the standard of all the other Ritz Carltons in the world, but it is beautiful to sit on the balcony and have a sunset drink and snacks with live music...BTW this women is from Suriname which makes me feel proud because she sure know how to sing

Shrimps are served on pineapple, I also have Salmon risotto, we will share....
The Salmon risotto was overcooked and way too salty....However the when the owner heard it she invited me immediately back to make this right.

I ordered a watermelon salad with feta cheese, this is the ambiance very arabica style, she has a gazpacho, and bruschetta with goat cheese and honey that is so yummy, everyone ordered nice dishes. The food is good the service is ok.

This is the restaurant in the Renaissance hotel, where they have lovely buffet, the story with a buffet is, be careful you don't eat to much...so what I do is I make small plates and small portions.
