This is the Alliance France group where we have dinner at windows of aruba at the golf course it is a nine hole....it if July 14th the liberation day of France they became a republic so we are celebrating

Here in Aruba they love to cheat using tilapia instead of grouper, however this was grouper and it was delish in a creamy sauce, I also had some pasta Alfredo linguini with salmon which was to die for, and the eggs Benedict were a little too runny for me.

Shoarma is the best dish, to too large but delish...I never finish my food...but I have a friend who is like a garbage can she always finish whatever I can't......and yes years later she got a stroke because she ate like a truck driver...too fatty food...no exercise

I never exaggerate but look at this sunset, it really does not get any better...

Dessert at the Alliance France dinner, it looks amazing and it really is...

I ordered a cheese platter for dessert, I am not impressed the cheeses are not what expected, this restaurant is so special, I would have expected an poise or a nice munster, I got a cheddar and dutch gouda cheese, with a red cheese full of artificial coloring...anyway I do have a glass of red po...

The garbage can is with me, she will eat it all because I am here to taste and I write about it, not to stuff myself...All the dishes are really of a very good quality and this venue deserves a recommendation, the value here is spot on.

As you can see this is a large variety of healthy food, lots of people working here in this neighborhood come here for the salads

Gamba's a l'ail means shrimp in garlic butter

Windows is at the Divi Golf course, I am showing you the landscaping but the view will be better from the restaurant.

Lovely red wine, we got some bread I started with a riesling and now a glass of Malbec, I will get a soup and an steak and a combination dessert , I will show you later

The herring is too die for, not too salty, nice and tender, such a nice buttery texture....yum
