Peggy’s Mashed Carrots-In-Potato with Sliders

Ingredients, all organic:
● 2 Sliders
● 1 Cup of Mashed Carrots-In-Potato
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 2 Tablespoons of Teriyaki Sauce
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Tablespoon of Ginger
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that potatoes could help relieve symptoms of rheumatism?
Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
Place the sliders in a pan over a medium flame with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce, 1 tablespoon of garlic and 1 tablespoon of ginger.
Cook for 4 minutes on each side.
Serve on a plate. Take 1 cup of mashed carrots-in-potato and place in the center. Add the sliders on top and you’re good to go!
