Peggy’s Tenderloin with Broccoli & Potatoes

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Diced Tenderloin
● 1 Cup of Broccoli
● 2 Pre cooked Potatoes
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Cup of Blue Cheese Dressing
● 1 Teaspoon of Moringa Powder
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that broccoli is a good source of vitamin C and could be beneficial for your skin?
Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
Place the tenderloin, chopped in cubes, into a pan with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 cup of broccoli.
Cook for about 4-5 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop up the pre-cooked potatoes and mix into the blue cheese dressing.
When done, serve on a plate. Top it all off with about 1 teaspoon of moringa powder and you’re good to go!
