Peggy’s Salmon with Carrots & Peas

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Salmon Steak
● 1 Cup of Carrots & Peas
● 1 Cup of pre cooked Yucca
● 1 Tablespoon of Red/White Pearl Onions
● 1 Teaspoon of Mint
● 2 Teaspoons of Cilantro
● 1 Tablespoon of Curry Ketchup
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that cilantro is a great anti-inflammatory?
Tools:
● Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
1. Place the salmon in a pan over a medium flame, and add 1 tablespoon of curry ketchup, 2 teaspoons of cilantro, 1 teaspoon of mint and 1 cup of carrots & peas. Cook the salmon for 3 minutes on both sides.
2. Meanwhile, chop 1 tablespoon of red/white pearl onions in the pan.
3. Serve on a plate.
