Peggy’s Shrimp Salad with Chinese Plums

Ingredients, all organic:
● 4 Shrimps
● 1 Cup of Lettuce Melange
● 2 Tablespoons of Basil
● 2 Tablespoons of Cilantro
● 1 Cup of Chinese Plums
● 1 Cup of Sweet Chili Sauce
● 1 Cup of Tomato
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 2 Tablespoons of Thai Basil
● 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Zest
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that Chinese plums could prevent symptoms of aging and could help clean out your blood?
Tools:
● 1 Pan
● Grater, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
Place the shrimp in a pan. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 cup of sweet chili sauce, 2 tablespoons of cilantro, 2 tablespoons of Thai basil, 1 tablespoon of lemon zest and 1 cup of chopped Chinese plums.
Cook for 3-4 minutes.
For the presentation: Slice a hard boiled egg over a bed of lettuce mélange, add 1 cup of tomatoes, add the fish with plums on top and you’re good to go!
