This aint no brat wurst...this is called blood sausage or blood worst. The blood wurst is made from beef blood with some bread, and beef with lots of spices and anti inflammatories. The other sausage is made for ground chicken only its called a vlees wurst, this one is way spicier, which makes me wonder why??? What meat did they use???

Both sausage are consumed with a sweet soy sauce which is also spicy!
