Blood wurst
In this place they have chicken wurst which is made of chicken meat and I do think they add some of the skin because its fatty but the spices are so delicious. He add another one in the pan with hot broth now, and the perforates it so that the some broth goes in the sausage.....so yummy

We are going through the rapid with the boat with is shaky, but so much fun and look at the rain forrest and the air you breath here is so clean.

This is how you eat the wurst
If you didn't know how to eat a wurst this is how, the chicken is very very flavorful, a little dry which means they have added a lot of meat in it. The beef blood wurst has a weird after taste, I prefer the chicken wurst
