She was so rude to me, while she changed my seat. And now the luggage goes back probably the wrong luggage.
One more thing: I believe it is so much more civil and mature, if you would have approached me and told me I have a problem, I would probably have suggest the seat change, but its the rudeness that makes me sooo mad...the power game!
