Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Salmon Fillet
● 1 Cup of Eggplant Slices
● 1 Cup of Cauliflower
● 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil
● 1 Tablespoon of Ginger
● 1 Tablespoon of Red Onions
● 1 Cup of Carrot Slices
● 1 Cup of Broccoli
● 1 Cup of Plantain Slices
● 2 Tablespoons of Oyster Sauce

Directions:
1. Place the salmon in a pan over a medium flame. Add in 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of ginger, 1 tablespoon of chopped red onions, 1 cup of eggplant slices, 1 cup of carrot slices, 1 cup of chopped cauliflower, 1 cup of chopped broccoli, 1 cup of plantain slices and 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce.
2. Cook for 3 minutes.
3. Serve on a plate.
