o 1 Teaspoon of Rosemary
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that plantain is a great source of potassium?
Tools:
● Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
1. Place the duck roulade in a pan over a very high flame. Add 2 tablespoons of hoi sin sauce, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 red onion, 1 cup of asparagus, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of 5-spices powder and 1 teaspoon of rosemary and stir it all together.
2. Cook for 4 minutes on both sides. However, be sure to take out the asparagus after about 3-4 minutes so as not to overcook them.
3. Serve on a plate. Place a ring of plantain slices on a plate, add the asparagus in the middle, and when the duck is finished, add on top. Top it all off with 1 tablespoon of scallions and you’re good to go!
