● 1 Cup of Romaine Lettuce
● 2 Tablespoons of Pasta
● 1 Cup of Mixed Nuts
● 2 Tablespoons of Blue Cheese
● 1 Cup of Olives
● 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
● 1 Tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:
1. Place 1 cup of Romaine lettuce onto a plate.
2. Top the lettuce with 1 cup of mixed nuts.
3. Add 1 cup of olives, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.
4. Dress the salad with 2 tablespoons of blue cheese to add for extra zest, and you’re good to go!
