Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Tuna Slice
● 2 Tablespoons of Cilantro
● 2 Slices of Fernandes Multi-corn Bread
● 1 Tablespoon of Balsamic vinegar
● 1 Teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
● 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
● 1 Tablespoon of Orange Zest
● 1 Teaspoon of Garlic
● 1 Tablespoon of Ginger

Tools:
● Salad Bowl
● Grater
● Kitchen Scissors
Directions:
1. Chop the tuna into small pieces and put in a salad bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon of garlic, 1 tablespoon of ginger and 2 teaspoons of cilantro and mix it all together. Grate in 1 tablespoon of orange zest at the end.
2. Serve on a plate. Garnish with 1 slice of orange and 1 cilantro leaf.
