Peggy’s Tenderloin with Bak Choy in Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Cup of Bak Choy
● 1 Tenderloin
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Tablespoon of Ginger
● 3 Tablespoons of Teriyaki Sauce
● 1 Cup of Green Rice

Tools:
● 1 Pan
● Spoon
● Grater
Directions:
1. Chop the tenderloin into cubes and place in a pan over a high flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 cup of Bak Choy and 1 tablespoon of ginger. Stir it all together.
2. Add 3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce and cook for 3-5 minutes until the meat is medium-rare.
3. Serve by placing 1 cup of green rice on a plate and add the Bak Choy-tenderloin mixture.
