Peggy’s Salmon with Peach Salad

Ingredients, all organic:
● ½ Salmon Fillet
● 2 Cups of Romaine Lettuce
● 1 Can of Peach Slices
● 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
● 3 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar
● 6 Tablespoons of Sishado Marinade
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 2 Tablespoons of Ginger
● 1 Tablespoon of Mixed Nuts
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that peaches contain vitamin A and C, and are also a great source of potassium?
Tools:
● 1 Pan
● Spoon
● Grater
Directions:
1. Add the salmon to a pan over a medium flame and add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
2. Break the salmon fillet apart and add 4 tablespoons of Sishado marinade, 1 can of peach slices and grat ein 2 tablespoons of ginger. Stir it all together.
3. Turn the flame down so that the salmon and sauce simmer and leave to cook.
4. Meanwhile make the dressing. Mix together 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of Sishado marinade.
5. Once done, serve ona plate. Top it all off with 1 tablespoon of mixed nuts.
