Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Cup of Salty Dried Plums
● 1 Cup of Mushrooms
● 1 Chicken Breast
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 4 Tablespoons of Hoi Sin Sauce
● 2 Tablespoons of Red Onion
● 1 Tablespoon of Ginger
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
● 1 Cup of Rice
● 2 Teaspoons of Chives
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that plums are a great source of vitamin K, which makes them great for your bones? Furthermore, mushrooms can help lower cholesterol and have a calming effect.

● 2 Pans
● Spoon
● Grater
Directions:
1. Pre-soak 1 cup of salty dried plums in a pan with 1 cup of water.
2. Place the chicken in a separate pan over a medium flame, add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 cup of mushrooms, 2 tablespoons of red onions, 3 tablespoons of hoi sin sauce and 1 teaspoon of Madame Jeanette. Stir it all together.
3. Add the salty dried plums to the pan with chicken and wait for the meat to be well done.
4. Serve on a plate. Take 1 cup of rice on a plate and add the contents of the pan around the rice. Top it all off with 2 teaspoons of chives and you’re good to go!
