Peggy’s Tenderloin with Green Peppers

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Cup of Rice
● 1 Cup of Green Peppers
● 1 Tenderloin
● 1 Tablespoon of Ginger
● 2 Tablespoons of Hoi Sin Sauce
● 1 Cup of Water
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that bell peppers are full of vitamin A and E?
Tools:
● 1 Pan
● Spoon
● Grater
Directions:
1. Place the tenderloin in a pan over a high flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 2 tablespoons of hoi sin sauce, 1 tablespoon of ginger and 1 cup of water.
2. Stir it all together and leave it to cook for 2-5 minutes. Take it off the burner when the texture of the meat is to your liking.
3. Serve on a plate. Take 1 cup of rice and top it off with 1 cup of chopped green bell peppers. Add the tenderloin and you’re good to go!
