Peggy’s Chili Tenderloin Salad

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Cup of Romaine Lettuce
● 1 Tenderloin chopped in small pieces
● 1 Cup of Brown beans
● 1 Cup of Green Bell Peppers
● 2 Teaspoons of Ginger
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 4 Tablespoons of Chili Sauce
● 2 Tablespoons of Water
● 2 Tablespoons of Chives
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that green bell peppers are full of vitamin A and C?
Tools:
● 1 Pan
● Spatula
● Grater
Directions:
1. Place the beef in a pan over a high flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 cup of brown beans, 2 teaspoons of ginger, 4 tablespoons of chili sauce and 2 tablespoons of water.
2. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
3. Serve on a plate. Add the beef over a bed of Romaine lettuce and top with 1 cup of chopped bell peppers. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of chives on top and you’re good to go!
