It is a tradition in Aruba on New Years eve to burn a 20 million long pagara, the Arubans walk behind it to symbolically walk the old year out into the new year....The sounds is damaging for your ears, the smell is horrible for the lungs, but the tradition rocks, hubby and I go every year and we enjoy this much...This year at the pool side of the hotel we have the best view and its not too loud....duuuh until I open my mouth
