I had a dispute with United and I was home in Amsterdam before I had time to unpack or bitch about it the had reached out already to make it up with a compensation in $ and some mileage. Totally nice and great customer service....thats why we always fly United. BTW happy we did not stay otherwise we would have been in the power outage now in NYC midtown, all the shows were cancelled however they performed on the streets...so NYC
