Add olive oil in the pan with chopped garlic and leave the spinach to cook untill its nice and soft, I add some Boursin in it to make it nice and creamy.
The pork chops can cook in some olive oil with broth and some BBQ sauce, turn the stove on a lower flame so that it cooks slowly until it's well done.
