Peggy’s Shrimp Pasta with Moringa

Ingredients, all organic:
o 1 Cup of Pasta
o 3 Shrimps
o 1 Cup of Tomato Sauce
o 1 Tablespoon of Parsley
o 1 Tablespoon of Grated Parmesan Cheese
o 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
o 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
o 1 Tablespoon of Sun-Dried Tomatoes
o 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
o 1 Tablespoon of White Pearl Onions
o 1 Tablespoon of Fresh Basil
o 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
o 2 Teaspoons of Moringa Powder

Tools:
● Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
● Pot
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta in a pot for 7 min, until al dente.
2. Meanwhile cook the shrimp in a separate pan over a medium flame. Add 1 cup of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of parsley, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sun-dried tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 tablespoon of white pearl (or red pearl) onions, 1 tablespoons of fresh basil and 1 teaspoon of Madame Jeanette.
3. Mix it all together and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
4. When done, serve on a plate. Place the pasta inside and add the shrimp with the sauce on top. Top with 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese and 2 teaspoons of moringa powder and you’re good to go!
