Peggy’s Spaghetti with Shrimp & Broccoli

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Cup of Spaghetti
● 4 Shrimps
● 1 Cup of Tomato Sauce
● 2 Teaspoons of Basil
● 1 Cup of Broccoli
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Teaspoon of Fresh Oregano
● 1 Tablespoon of Dried Oregano
● 1 Tablespoon of Capers
● 1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
● 1 Cup of Arugula
● 1 Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
● 1 Cup of Mixed Nuts

Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
Cook the spaghetti in a pot with boiling water for 7 minutes, al dente
Meanwhile, place the shrimp in a pan over a medium flame. Add 1 cup of tomato sauce, 2 teaspoons of basil, 1 cup of broccoli, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of fresh oregano, 1 tablespoon of dried oregano, 1 tablespoon of capers and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Cook this for 4-6 minutes until the shrimp turn orange.
Add the pasta to the pan when finished and allow the flavors to soak in.
When done, serve on a plate. Add 1 cup of arugula, 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese and 1 cup of mixed nuts on top and enjoy your meal!
