Peggy’s Wasabi Shrimp Salad

Ingredients, all organic:
● 3 Large Shrimps
● 2 Cups of Romaine Salad
● 2 Sliced Tomatoes
● 1 Cup of Chopped Bell Peppers
● 1 Teaspoon of Wasabi
● 1 Tablespoon of Ginger
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
● 4 Tablespoons of Sishado Marinade
● 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that wasabi contains horseradish, which could help to clear your sinuses? Also, shrimp is a great protein source.
Tools:
● 1 Pan
● Spatula
● Grater
Directions:
1. Add the shrimps in a pan over a low flame and add in 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and 4 tablespoons of Sishado marinade.
2. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
3. To make the dressing mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of wasabi and 1 tablespoon of garlic.
4. To serve, place the tomatoes on top of the lettuce, add 1 cup of chopped bell peppers, and add the shrimp and dressing.
