Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Cod Fillet
● 1 Cup of Quinoa Pasta
● 2 Cups of Arugula
● 1 Teaspoon of Blue Cheese
● 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
● 2 Tablespoons of Sour Cream
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 1 Teaspoon of Fish Seasoning
● 1 Tablespoon of Arugula
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that cod is a great source of protein and that arugula contains plenty of vitamin A, C and K?

● Spatula
Directions:
5. Place the cod in a pan over a medium flame and add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and 1 teaspoon of fish seasoning.
6. Cook the cod for 4 minutes on both sides.
7. To make the dressing mix together 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of sour cream and 1 tablespoon of blue cheese.
8. To serve, place the cod and quinoa on top of the arugula, add about 1 tablespoon of chili sauce, add the dressing and garnish with 1 leaf of arugula.
