Ingredients, all organic:
● 2 Sliders
● ½ Cup of Cherry Tomatoes
● ½ Cup of pre cooked Plantain Slices
● 1 Cup of Mushrooms
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1Teaspoon of Ginger
● 1 Teaspoon of Lemon Zest
● 1 Tablespoon of Grated Parmesan Cheese
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that mushrooms could help lower cholesterol, and are a good source of iron?
Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
● Grater
Directions:
Place the sliders in a pan over a medium flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 cup of mushroom slices, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of garlic and 1 teaspoon of ginger. Also grate inside 1 teaspoon of lemon zest.
Cook the sliders for 4 minutes on each side, in this ravishing sauce.
For the presentation: Make a circle of pre cooked plantain slices with slices of cherry tomatoes in-between and add the contents of the pan, with the slider on top. Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese on top and you’re good to go!
