Peggy’s Shrimp with Chinese Broccoli & Mushrooms

Ingredients, all organic:
● 4 Shrimps
● 1 Cup of Chinese Broccoli
● 1 Cup of Mushrooms
● 1 Pre-cooked Sweet Potato
● 2 Tablespoons of Marinade
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
● 1 Teaspoon of Garlic
● ½ Teaspoon of Ginger
● 1 Teaspoon of Mint
● 1 Teaspoon of Thai Basil
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that Chinese broccoli contains plenty of antioxidants and vitamin A?
Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
● Grater
Directions:
Place the shrimp in a pan over a medium flame. Add 2 tablespoons of marinade, 1 cup of mushrooms, 1 teaspoon of garlic, ½ teaspoon of ginger, 1 teaspoon of mint and 1 teaspoon of Thai basil.
Cook for 4-5 minutes.
Just before the shrimp is ready, add in 1 cup of Chinese broccoli and 1 teaspoon of Madame Jeanette.
For the presentation: Slice the precooked sweet potato in the center of the plate, add the contents of the pan in the middle of your plate.
