Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 minced Tuna Steak
● 1 Tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
● 2 Teaspoons of Wasabi
● ½ Cup of Lettuce
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 2 Teaspoons of Cilantro
● 1 Teaspoon of Ginger

Tools:
● Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
1. Mix the minced tuna with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 3 teaspoons of Dijon mustard, 2 teaspoons of wasabi, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 2 teaspoons of cilantro and 1 teaspoon of ginger.
2. Place the tuna mixture in a sorbet glass, add the raspberries and blackberries, garnish with some lettuce for a rocking presentation, and you’re good to go!
