Ingredients, all organic:
● 3 Lamb Chops
● 2 Tablespoons of Madras Curry
● 1 Pita Bread
● 1 Cup of Spinach
● 1 pre cooked Egg
● 1 Cup of Lettuce
● 1 Tablespoon of Sour Cream
● 3 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 2 Slices of Gouda Cheese
● 1 Teaspoon of Seasoning
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Teaspoon of Cumin
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
● 1 Tomato

Tools:
● 2 Pans, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
● Microwave
Directions:
1. First off, place the Gouda cheese in a pita bread and place in the microwave for about 1 minute.
2. Now, place one pan over a low flame with 1 cup of spinach and a separate pan over a high flame with the 3 lamb chops.
3. In the spinach pan, add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, 1 cup of spinach, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 tablespoon of Madras curry and 1 tablespoon of sour cream. Mix it well.
4. In the lamb chop pan, add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of Madras curry, 1 teaspoon of seasoning and cook the lamb chops for 3 minutes on both sides.
5. When done, serve on a plate. Take the pita bread out of the microwave, fill with spinach from the pan and serve with a lamb chop on the side.
