Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Cup of Pasta
● 1 Tenderloin
● 1 Teaspoon of Oregano
● 1 Cup of Tomato Sauce
● 1 Cup of Eggplant
● 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
● 2 Tablespoons of Garlic
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
● 1 Teaspoon of Capers
● 1 Teaspoon of Lemon Zest

Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
● Grater
Directions:
Cook the pasta for about 7 minutes, al dente
Meanwhile, place the tenderloin in a pan over a medium flame. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 cup of tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons of garlic, 1 teaspoon of Madame Jeanette, 1 cup of eggplant slices, 1 teaspoon of capers, 1 teaspoon of oregano and 1 teaspoon of lemon zest.
Cook for about 4-5 minutes.
After 7 minutes add the pasta to the pan and stir together.
For the presentation start with the pasta and top it off with the beef
