Ingredients, all organic:
● 2 Tortillas
● 2 Salmon Steaks
● 1 Tablespoon of Agave
● 1 Avocado
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
● 1 Teaspoon of 5-Spices Powder
● 1 Tablespoon of Red Onion
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Tablespoon of Peggy’s Signature Masala
● ½ Cup of Cherry Tomatoes
● 1 Cup of Brown Beans
● 1 Tablespoon of Grated Parmesan Cheese
Nutritional Fact: Did you know salmon is full of omega-3 fatty acids?
Tools:
● Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
1. Place the salmon in a pan with 1 cup of brown beans, 1 tablespoon of Peggy’s Signature Masala, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of Madame Jeanette, 1 teaspoon of 5-spices powder and 1 tablespoon of chopped red onions. Make sure to crumble the salmon so it mixes properly with the beans. Also add about 1 tablespoon of agave.
2. Cook for about 6 minutes.
3. When done, serve. For the best presentation use a sorbet glass. Place the tortilla inside, add the chili inside and top with 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 avocado chopped into pieces and ½ cup of cherry tomatoes.
