Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Cup of Arugula
● 1 Tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar
● 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
● 1 Tablespoon of Agave
● 1 Mozzarella
● 1 Cup of sliced Tomato
● 1 Tablespoon of Capers
● 2 Teaspoons of Rosemary
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Tablespoon of Grated Parmesan Cheese
● 1 Tablespoon of Mixed Nuts

Tools:
1 Salad Plate, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors

Directions:
Take a bed of arugula salad on a plate. Add 1 tablespoon of Balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of agave on top.
Now cut the Mozzarella ball in slices and distribute these over the arugula.
Place tomato slices in-between the Mozzarella.
Add 1 tablespoon of capers, 2 teaspoons of rosemary, dots of garlic and 1 tablespoon of mixed nuts.
Finally, top it all off with 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese and you’re good to go!
