Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Golden Corvina Fillet
● 1 Cup of Veggie Broth
● 2 Naan Bread
● 1 Cup of Eggplant Slices
● 1 Cup of Mixed Vegetables
● 2 Tablespoons of Sour Cream
● 1 Teaspoon of Cilantro
● 2 Tablespoons of Peggy’s Signature Masala
● 1 Tablespoon of Cumin
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Teaspoon of Ginger
● 1 Potato

Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
● Grater
Directions:
Place the fish in a pan over a medium flame. Add 1 cup of mixed vegetables, 1 tablespoon of Madame Jeanette, 1 tablespoon of cumin, 2 tablespoons of Peggy’s Signature Masala, 1 tablespoon of Garlic, 1 Teaspoon of Cilantro, 1 teaspoon of ginger and 1 sliced potato and stir.
Cook the fish for 3 minutes on each side.
When done, serve. Place the naan bread inside a cocktail glass for the best presentation. Add the contents of the pan and you’re good to go!
