Peggy’s Golden Corvina with Chinese Broccoli & Chinese Cabbage

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Golden Corvina Fillet
● 1 Cup of Okra
● 1 Cup of pre-cooked Plantain
● 1 Cup of Chinese Cabbage
● 1 Cup of Chinese Broccoli
● 3 Tablespoons of Teriyaki Sauce
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Teaspoon of Ginger
● 1 Teaspoon of Cilantro
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that Chinese cabbage is a great source of vitamin K, and Chinese broccoli contains plenty of vitamin A?
Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
● Grater
Directions:
Place the golden corvina fillet, sliced into medallions, in a pan over a medium flame. Add 3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce, 1 cup of Chinese cabbage, 1 cup of Chinese broccoli, 1 tablespoon of garlic and 1 teaspoon of ginger.
Sauté the fish for 4-5 minutes, add1 cup of pre cooked plantain slices and 1 cup of okra. Turn the pan on a high flame and sauté for an extra minute.
When finished, add in 1 teaspoon of cilantro, 1 teaspoon of Madame Jeanette and 2 tablespoons of water and stir.
Serve on a plate.
