Peggy’s Tuna with Spinach & Mushrooms

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Tuna Steak
● 1 Cup of Mushrooms
● 1 Cup of Spinach
● 1 Cup of pre cooked Yucca
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 2 Teaspoons of Steak Seasoning
● 1 Teaspoon of Ginger
● 1 Teaspoon of Cilantro
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Tablespoon of Peggy’s signature Masala
● 1 Egg
● 1 Tablespoon of Cumin
● 1 Tablespoon of Cream Cheese
● 1 Tablespoon of Peggy’s Signature Masala

Tools:
● Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
1. Take 2 pans; use one for the tuna and the other for the spinach. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in each pan and place each over a medium flame.
2. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of steak seasoning on each side of the tuna steak and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
3. In the other pan add the spinach and mushrooms, add 1 teaspoon of ginger, 1 teaspoon of cilantro, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 tablespoon of Peggy’s Signature Masala and 1 tablespoon of cumin. Finally add 1 tablespoon of cream cheese, and stir it all together.
4. When done, serve on a plate.
