Ingredients, all organic:
● 8-10 Oysters
● 1 Cup of Romaine Lettuce
● 1 Cup of pre cooked Red Beets
● 4 Tablespoons of Garlic
● 2 Tablespoons of Ginger
● 4 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
● 2 Tablespoons of Wasabi
● 2 Tablespoons of Shredded Parmesan Cheese
● 1 Tablespoon of Cilantro
● 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
● 1 Tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar
● 1 Tablespoon of Shaved Parmesan Cheese
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that oysters are an extremely good source of zinc? They also contain vitamins A, C and E however.
Tools:
● Microwave, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
1. Place the oysters on a microwave-safe plate or platter. Add some garlic inside each, then a dot of wasabi, 1 drop of soy sauce I each, cilantro, grated ginger and shredded Parmesan cheese.
2. Place the oysters in the microwave and leave for about 2 minutes.
3. Now prepare the salad. Take a bed of Romaine lettuce on a plate and mix in 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of Balsamic vinegar. Dress up the salad with 1 cup of pre cooked red beet slices.
4. Top the salad with about 1 tablespoon of shaved Parmesan cheese.
5. Now, take the oysters out of the microwave and place them over the salad. Top it all off with a dash of cilantro and you’re good to go!
