Peggy’s Lobster Tail on Romaine with Asparagus

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Lobster Tail
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
● 1 Tablespoon of Ginger
● 1 Cup of Romaine Lettuce
● 2 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
● 2 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar
● 2 Tablespoons of Shaved Parmesan Cheese
● 2 Tablespoons of Scallions
● 2 Asparagus
● 1 Cup of Veggie Broth

Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
1. Place the lobster tail in a pan over a high flame. Add 1 cup of veggie broth, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 tablespoon of ginger, 2 asparagus stalks, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of chopped scallions to sauté the lobster tail in.
2. After about 5 minutes, remove the lobster tail from the pan and leave the sauce to cook a little longer.
3. Now prepare the salad. Add about 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of Balsamic vinegar over the salad before topping with 2 tablespoons of shaved Parmesan cheese.
4. Add the lobster tail and the sauce from the pan on top of your salad, and enjoy your meal!
