Peggy’s Lobster Tail in Tomato Sauce with Pasta

Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Cup of Fusilli Tricolori
● 1 Lobster Tail
● ½ Cup of Veggie Broth
● 1 Teaspoon of Oregano
● ½ Cup of Tomato Sauce
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
● 2 Teaspoons of Himalayan Rock Salt
● 2 Teaspoons of Basil
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that oregano could ward off bacteria and that it is also a great source of antioxidants?
Tools:
● 1 Pan, Spatula, tong, silicone spoon, and kitchen scissors
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta in a pot for about 7 minutes, al dente.
2. Now place the lobster in a pan over a high flame in ½ cup of veggie broth. Add ½ cup of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of Madame Jeanette, 2 teaspoons of Himalayan rock salt and 2 teaspoons of basil and mix together.
3. When done, add the pasta to the pan and stir it all together before serving on a plate.
