Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Tenderloin
● 2 Okras
● 1 Teaspoon of Steak Seasoning
● 1 Teaspoon of Wasabi
● 1 Tablespoon of Butter
● 1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
● 1 Tablespoon of Ginger
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that Okra is a great source of vitamin C, vitamin K and that it could help with sexual potency?
Tools:
● 1 Pan
● Spatula
● Grater
Directions:
1. Chop the tenderloin into cubes and put into a pan on a medium flame. Add 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 teaspoon of wasabi, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of meat seasoning and 1 tablespoon of ginger.
2. Cook the okras in the same pan, for 2 min on each side, along with the beef so that it soaks up all the flavors
3. Stir all together and cook for 4-5 minutes.
4. Serve on a plate. Top off the meat with 2 okras on top of each other, held together with a toothpick.
