Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Chicken Breast
● 1 Cup of Mixed Vegetables
● 1 Potato
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 2 Tablespoons of Sishado Marinade
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Tablespoon of Ginger
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
Nutritional Fact: Did you know that Ginger is known to help digestion and could even relieve nausea?
Tools:
● 1 Pan
● Spoon
● Grater
Directions:
1. Chop the chicken into cubes and place in a pan over a medium flame. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 2 tablespoons of Sishado marinade, 1 tablespoon of garlic and 1 tablespoon of ginger. Add the mixd vegiie after 4 min in the pan and 1 teaspoon of Madame Jeanette. Mix it all together.
2. Cook for about 7 minutes.
3. Serve by placing slices of 1 cooked potato on a plate and add the contents of the pan.
