Ingredients, all organic:
● 1 Golden Corvina/Halibut Fillet
● 1 Cup of Fish Broth
● 2 Slices of Fernandes Multi-corn Bread
● 1 Tablespoon of Ginger
● 2 Tablespoons of Chili Sauce
● 2 Tablespoons of Celery
● 1 Cup of Tomato
● 1 Tablespoon of Garlic
● 1 Teaspoon of Madame Jeanette
● 1 Tablespoon of Red Onions
● 1 Cinnamon Stick
● 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
● 1 Orange
● 2 Tablespoons of Orange Zest
● 1 Teaspoon of Ginger
● 1 Tablespoon of Powdered Potato

Directions:
1. Place the fish in a pan with 1 cup of fish broth. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1 cup of chopped tomato, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 tablespoon of chopped red onions, 1 teaspoon of Madame Jeanette and 2 tablespoons of celery. Stir it all together.
2. Now add 1 cinnamon stick, and squeeze in the juice of 1 orange (to make the orange easier to squeeze, place in a microwave for 10 seconds first). Grate in around 2 tablespoons of zest from the orange.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of chili sauce and 1 teaspoon of ginger. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
4. To thicken the sauce add 1 tablespoon of powdered potato. Once done, serve on a plate.
